    Arrival & Transfer to Serengeti National Park

    Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and assisted with your transfer to Serengeti National Park via scenic drive or domestic flight (depending on arrival time and preference). As you journey across the breathtaking landscapes of the Tanzanian countryside, enjoy your first glimpses of giraffes, antelopes, and zebras grazing freely. Upon arrival in Serengeti, check in at your selected lodge or tented camp—such as Africa Safari Ikoma, Seronera Wildlife Lodge, or Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge (or similar)—where you will settle in and enjoy a relaxing dinner.

    Full-Day Game Drive in Serengeti

    After an early breakfast, set off for a full-day game drive across the vast plains of the Serengeti—home to the world’s most thrilling wildlife encounters. You’ll track the famed Big Five, spot giraffes, cheetahs, and elephant herds, and if you're lucky, witness part of the Great Migration (seasonal). Enjoy a packed picnic lunch in the wild before continuing the afternoon drive. Return to the lodge before dusk to freshen up and enjoy a hearty dinner.

    Another Full-Day Safari in Serengeti

    Begin your second day in the Serengeti with fresh morning air and golden landscapes. Today offers another opportunity to deepen your wildlife encounters—perhaps spotting elusive leopards or newborn calves if traveling during calving season. You may explore different zones of the park for a richer, more varied safari experience. After a full day in the wild, return for a sunset drink and another relaxing evening.

    Transfer from Serengeti to Ngorongoro Highlands

    Enjoy breakfast at your lodge before checking out for your overland transfer to Ngorongoro. The drive is scenic and captivating, offering glimpses of local Maasai villages and the forested highlands. Upon arrival, check in to your selected lodge—such as Ngorongoro Wild Camp, The Retreat at Ngorongoro, or Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge (or similar)—with time to relax and enjoy the cooler air and sweeping crater views.

    Ngorongoro Crater Safari

    After an early breakfast, descend 600 meters into the famed Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable full-day game drive in this UNESCO World Heritage Site. This ancient volcanic caldera hosts one of Africa’s richest wildlife concentrations, including black rhinos, lions, hippos, and flamingos. Enjoy a picnic lunch at one of the crater’s scenic spots. Return to your lodge by late afternoon for dinner and overnight.

    Departure

    Savor your final breakfast in the crater highlands before checking out. You will be transferred back to Arusha or to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight. Departure time will be arranged according to your flight schedule.
