Booking and Payment
A deposit is required to confirm bookings, with final payments due 60 days before departure.
Payment options include major credit cards, bank transfers, and other methods. All payments
must be completed on schedule to secure reservations.
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds
If you must cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds are determined by the policies
of the hotels and service providers in your itinerary, minus applicable service charges. Requests
to modify itineraries are accepted up to 60 days before departure. Any added costs from hotels
or service providers are the client’s responsibility. Should unforeseen circumstances necessitate
cancellation by Anvir Safaris, we will offer alternative arrangements or a refund for the affected
services, minus non-refundable deposits.
Health and Safety Requirements
Clients are encouraged to secure travel insurance covering health, accidents, and cancellations.
Travelers with medical conditions, such as respiratory or heart issues, should inform us in
advance. Pregnant women and those with disabilities should also notify us to ensure adequate
planning. Anvir Safaris does not assume responsibility for health complications arising during the
trip. Our team will assist in arranging medical attention, but related costs are borne by the
client.
Data Privacy
Anvir Safaris values client privacy. We do not share personal data with third parties without
explicit permission unless required for bookings. Clients may request a copy of their personal
information or request data deletion at any time. By booking, clients consent to the necessary
use of their data for arranging safari services.
Wildlife Sightings and Experience Guarantees
Wildlife encounters are dependent on natural conditions, and specific sightings cannot be
guaranteed. Our guides will make every effort to enhance the experience, but clients are asked
to understand that animal behavior is unpredictable.
Limitation of Liability
Anvir Safaris is not liable for any losses, injuries, or damages incurred during a safari due to
actions by third parties, weather conditions, or wildlife encounters. Clients are advised to follow
safety guidelines and exercise personal caution. While we carefully select our providers, Anvir
Safaris does not own or directly manage external suppliers for transportation, accommodations,
meals, or activities. These independent contractors operate under their own terms and
conditions. Anvir Safaris cannot be held responsible for any negligence or misconduct by these
third parties or their subcontractors.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
All legal matters are governed by Kenyan law. In the event of a dispute, we encourage mediation
as a first step. Should legal action be necessary, it must be filed in Kenyan courts.
Changes to Itinerary by Anvir Safaris
Due to the nature of safari operations, Anvir Safaris reserves the right to alter itineraries due to
weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. If adjustments significantly
impact services, we will notify clients and discuss available alternatives.
Passports and Visas
Check with the appropriate consulate or embassy for the latest visa requirements. It is the
traveler’s responsibility to secure necessary visas and documentation for entry into the
countries included in their itinerary. Anvir Safaris can provide guidance and assistance in this
process, but clients should verify and ensure all documents are in order before travel.
Air Transportation
Anvir Safaris is not responsible for any errors or issues with airfare bookings made by
independent agents. Travelers are responsible for verifying accurate arrival and departure times
from designated tour cities. Independent agents will secure the best airfare available based on
the traveler’s requested class at the time of booking. Note that certain fares may incur service
fees, and cancellations or changes may result in penalties. Airline liability is limited according to
international air conventions, and the terms outlined in the airline’s passage contract will apply
during travel.
Promotional Photography
Anvir Safaris reserves the right to take photographs during the operation of any program and to
use them for promotional purposes. By booking a reservation with Anvir Safaris, program
members agree to allow their images to be used. Members who prefer that their images not be
used are asked to identify themselves in writing to their travel program escort at the beginning
of their program.
Baggage
Weight restrictions may apply on internal flights and/or cruises. Baggage and personal effects
are at the owner’s risk throughout the travel program. It is your responsibility to check with the
cruise provider and/or the airline for any applicable baggage restrictions.
Changes
All pricing in your travel program is based on current rates of exchange, tariffs, and taxes. Anvir
Safaris reserves the right to adjust prices if costs from suppliers, tariffs, or exchange rates
fluctuate. We also reserve the right to make necessary alterations to itineraries or inclusions and
may pass on expenses related to delays or events beyond our control. While we aim to operate
tours as planned, changes may occur. Requested changes to travel components may incur
additional fees charged by Anvir Safaris.
